Trillium sets goals each year to expand the number of businesses involved in hiring people with developmental disabilities. In 2018, 55% of our job placements were with companies new to Trillium. We are also focused on what inclusion means inside our organization and how to build teams that reflect the diversity of the communities we serve. Today each of our teams has more diverse experience and backgrounds than ever. The diversity is providing new opportunities for us to learn from each other and bring more creativity to our services.
