Employment Consultant – Social Services – King County

Trillium Employment Services is excited to add an Employment Consultant to our team. We connect people with disabilities to employment opportunities and are committed to integrating people with intellectual disabilities in the workforce.

In this role, you will manage a case load of clients. Trillium offers and encourages professional development, and you will be welcomed by a mentor to guide you through your training process

  • Experience with teaching skills or coaching individuals with disabilities

Great starting pay with generous benefits:

  • Beginning pay $21.53, with advancement opportunities
  • Medical, Dental and Vision – low premium for employee with some additional employer paid voluntary benefits. Family plans available.
  • Paid Time Off (accrues at a rate of 12 hours per month)
  • 13 floating holidays
  • Employer match for retirement – 403b (eligible on 1st day)
  • Ongoing Professional Development
  • Mileage reimbursement at Federal rate
  • Sabbatical at 4 years

Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible, 40-hour week, including evenings and weekends to align with client’s schedules
  • Valid driver’s license, your private vehicle to use for business, and proof of current liability insurance
  • Proof of vaccination status against COVID-19 or a medical/religious accommodation will need to be verified if prompted an offer
