• Participate in open discussions with fellow employers who share your commitment to inclusivity. While these meetings will be hosted by Trillium, we will not attend, fostering an environment for candid discussions among you and other inclusive employers.
• Gain valuable insights and strategies from peers who have firsthand experience managing employees supported by Trillium.
• Learn from guest speakers about the importance of inclusive leadership and practical approaches to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
