In Q2 of 2023, Trillium has assisted 64 individuals in securing new employment opportunities. Remarkably, 60% of these job placements are with employers who are new to supported employment. This data showcases the growing commitment of businesses to embrace inclusivity and diversify their workforce.
Among the 64 job placements, 14 individuals are recent graduates who successfully transitioned into employment, marking a significant achievement in their professional journey. Trillium’s support has enabled these graduates to start their careers on a positive note.
Trillium’s impact extends beyond initial job placements. In Q2, we also helped 25 individuals increase their working hours. This demonstrates our dedication to not only securing employment but also supporting individuals in their ongoing professional development.
While acknowledging our achievements, we recognize that there’s still work to be done. We passionately call upon our community to help us find 112 more jobs by the end of this year.
