A big thank you to the Port Gamble Sk’lallam Tribefor inviting Trillium to provide Disability Communication & Inclusion (DCI) training this week!
Trillium’s Executive Director, Karen, and Program Manager, Lindsey, were honored to share this training and have meaningful conversations about creating more inclusive workplaces and communities.
Lindsey also participated in a panel discussion about the role of job coaches and how they support both employees and workplaces in building successful, inclusive employment experiences.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn, share, and partner with the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe as we work together toward a more inclusive community where everyone has the opportunity to contribute and belong!
