Seattle Business Magazine honored Trillium Employment Services with the silver 2019 Community Impact Award for job training.

 

The Community Impact Award recognizes organizations for making a significant impact in Washington communities. A panel considers several categories, including job creation, workforce development, volunteer efforts, board service, and innovative business models promoting social goals.

 

Trillium was named silver honoree in Job Training. Congratulations to Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship the gold winner in Job Training. We are proud to partner with our partnering organizations and the greater business community to advocate for opportunities for people with disabilities to live a fulfilled life through gainful supported employment. Since 1983, Trillium has diversified the workforce to include people with developmental disabilities. Hops N’ Drops managing partner, Mark Shaefer, believes that “we are all looking for team members and the secret is finding great team members to any success story.
