You may have a primary point of contact, but behind the scenes, our teams work together to combine strengths and provide quality services. Each member of the team brings a diverse personal and professional background that we hope meets the needs of the businesses and clients we serve.

Eileen was raised in a family that moved frequently, and after several years in the Midwest she moved back to Washington State. She worked for a number of years in Montessori education, and eventually worked in healthcare as an Emergency Medical Technician. Eventually Eileen missed her education roots, and in 2018 she began a Behavioral Technical certification course. She was particularly drawn to the personal and individualized approach the Applied Behavioral Analysis methods used to teach valuable skills to children with disabilities. In 2020 as a Emergency Room Technician, she realized that access to work and services in the community affects every facet of her patient's lives. When she discovered Trillium, she knew that this would be a perfect blend of all her skills and experiences, and a great opportunity to promote inclusiveness in her community. In her free time, Eileen enjoys gardening, traveling, hiking, floating the Yakima River, snowboarding at White Pass, and camping in the Pacific Northwest with her blue heelers, friends and family.
